The architectural design sensitively respects the character of the city and creates a naturally permeable public space. The dominant feature of the project is an original semi-covered plaza inspired by the Gothic vault of the nearby Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, which allows for open-air shopping without the need for air-conditioning. The design is by architect Mark Tryzybowicz and his studio MTDI, known for projects such as Palladium and Eurovea. All buildings are designed with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability and are aiming for the highest LEED Platinum certification.

Close to the main train station, bus terminal, and key public transport stops (lines 40, 48, 77, 701). The project connects the historic center with the newly emerging South Quarter through a public passageway.
