Last Available Houses for Sale in the Successful Na Pramenech Residential Project

Final approval of the last houses in the fourth stage of construction of the Na Pramenech residential complex is scheduled for the first quarter of next year. "All of the houses are nearly finished now, only final surfaces and landscaping need to be done," explains Vanda Böhmová, Property Consultant at Svoboda & Williams. 

While tiles are being laid in the semi-detached houses and the landscaping and parking spaces are being completed, the smaller houses are already being handed over to their new owners. Prospective buyers can select one of the last remaining four-bedroom houses in this pleasant neighborhood. 

"A great advantage of the few remaining houses is their location in the eastern part of the complex by a grassy area. Future owners can be assured that nothing will be built immediately adjacent to their properties. They can therefore enjoy green views and, thanks to their location, a high level of pricacy," says Böhmová.

This peaceful complex with 77 family houses will be extended by an apartment building that will be built next year by the northern edge of the project. It will offer studio to two-bedroom units suitable as permanent residences or as an investment.
