Svoboda & Williams Has Completed Its Third Lease Transaction With DKV Euro Service

Svoboda & Williams' long-standing cooperation with the company continued with this exclusive right to renegotiate its lease agreement for administrative premises with a total area of 640 sq. m. in the Alpha building in the BB Centrum complex in Prague 4.
DKV Euro Service is a subsidiary of DKV Mobility, the European market leader in premium road supply and mobility services for truck and car fleets. "We value our stable cooperation, which began in 2010 and has lasted ever since," states Jaroslav Waldhauser, Head of Commercial Leasing at Svoboda & Williams.
Svoboda & Williams has newly renegotiated the lease agreement for DKV Euro Service in its current company headquarters. "In our negotiations with the landlord, we managed to agree to favorable terms for the new lease period, which support the client's decision to remain in the preferred location in the BB Centrum," explains Petra Schinkmannová, Senior Consultant at Svoboda & Williams. The agreement will include the adaptation of the premises to suit the current needs of the tenant.
