Svoboda & Williams' commercial leasing team has scored another successful deal when it negotiated the lease of two floors with a large terrace in the Dover building, which is part of the Port7 project.
The tenant is MANTA, a Czech-American start-up whose unique software focuses on mapping data flows in large companies. MANTA's customers are mostly located in the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia, and the company employs about 200 people worldwide. Half of them will be working in its Czech headquarters.
"The company was looking for new inspiring offices in the wider center of Prague. After thoroughly considering several offers, they went with Port7 by Skanska, which appealed to MANTA due to the building's design, excellent facilities, location by the banks of the Vltava River, and rich sports and relaxation opportunities. Last, but not least, they were also impressed with the developer's professional approach," states Syvla Turinská, Senior Consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
The construction of this campus-style complex of 7 interconnected towers with terraces began in February 2021. Its scheduled completion is in the second quarter of 2023. The project will offer over 35,000 sq. m. of office space.
