The beginning of the final approval process is set for the last day of May, but it's likely that the apartments in the newly built villas will be approved before summer 2022.
The final approval of the four newly built apartment villas is fast approaching. Currently, the exteriors, common green areas, outdoor parking spaces, and the gated complex's private driveway are complete.
The Slávičie residences are surrounded by mature trees in a neighborhood with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Each of the villas has the same layout and offers apartments suitable for families, couples, and individuals. Identical three-bedroom apartments are on the second and third floors, and on the top floor you will find an exclusive one-bedroom apartment with a terrace that faces three cardinal directions. The first floors will offer non-residential premises, which can be used as apartments or offices. Secure parking and cellar storage units are in the basement.
