The U Hvězdy Residence, which was recently built right next to the Hvězda game reserve that encompasses a Renaissance summer palace, received final approval this June. Currently, 9 move-in ready units remain for sale.
The passive, energy-efficient U Hvězdy Residence consists of 15 apartments with layouts ranging from studios to three-bedrooms and floor areas from 43 to 139 sq. m. The units on the first floor will be extended by front gardens and those on the two higher levels come with a terrace. “The residence was conceived as boutique housing and is therefore ideally suited for families.
