The BERLITA Residential Building Is Growing Before Our Very Eyes

Work on the BERLITA apartment building, which is being built in the royal town of Beroun, is continuing according to plan. As the end of June approached, the concreting of the walls of the penultimate fifth floor began and so the building is finally taking shape.
The ceiling of the fourth floor and the internal partitions and dividing walls of the apartments are currently being built. The walls of the common areas on the first floor will be finished by the end of June and beginning of July. In the future interiors, it is already clear that the lower floors of the building will offer beautiful views of the surrounding greenery.
The BERLITA residential project will comprise 61 studio to three-bedroom apartments that provide sought-after living amongst greenery as well as excellent access to the town center. Only 16 apartments remain for sale in our portfolio.
Rough construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of July 2021.
