Svoboda & Williams Opened a New Office in Prague’s Holešovice Neighborhood

The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has expanded to Prague 7. Starting this June, clients can visit the new office at Komunardů 35, a building designed by architect Stanislav Fiala that also includes the Design Port designer furniture showroom (shortened to DEPO).
“It’s no longer the case that only the center of Prague or the city’s famous villa neighborhoods are considered premium residential locations. Holešovice, where many architecturally significant projects have recently been built, is a good example of this new reality. When the opportunity arose to open an office in the distinctive Komunardů 35 building, we didn’t hesitate. The building reflects exactly what we mean when we talk about premium real estate,” says Prokop Svoboda, owner of Svoboda & Williams.
The office was designed in cooperation with the Atelier SAD studio, which has long collaborated with Svoboda & Williams on many projects. The space is connected to the DEPO high-end furniture showroom, which was created by the eminent interior designer Ivanka Kowalski. The 1,000 sq. m. office features pieces by Vitra, Javorina, B&B Italia, Cassina Moroso, Knoll, Molteni, Flos, and others. You can therefore find inspiration for complete premium furnishings, all under one roof.
