Lakeside Apartments Lipno: Recreational Living With Views of the Water

Svoboda & Williams is launching the sale of the units in the Lakeside Apartments Lipno project, situated by the banks of the Lipno Dam in the village of Černá v Pošumaví. There will be a total of 22 private apartments ideally suited as a vacation home not only for water sports enthusiasts.
The Lakeside Apartments Lipno recreational project will consist of two interconnecting buildings with a common garden, reception, and spacious parking spaces in an underground garage. The building will offer a wellness area with a stainless steel pool with a fitness counter-current system, a private Jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna, and future owners will have exclusive use of a beach with facilities for sailing yachts, kiteboarding, and other water sports. The project was created to offer a relaxing second home in Lipno. Clients who are purchasing an apartment as an investment can entrust it to a property management company and expect an interesting annual return.
The project is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2022.
