Over the past ten months, the Svoboda & Williams commercial leasing team has successfully leased most of the offices in the multifunctional DOX+ building. Currently, the last unit on the third floor with a total floor area of 90 sq. m. remains available.
“We consider it a success that we managed to lease the DOX+ offices during this difficult time. The tenants were impressed by the attractive premises, where the inspiring environment of the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art meets the pleasant offices, as well as with the building’s location in a sought-after part of Holešovice,” says Sylva Turinská, who is responsible for leasing the DOX+ offices.
The DOX+ offices are located on the top three floors of a completely renovated building from the 1970s, which is part of the DOX+ complex. The renowned architectural studio Petr Hájek ARCHITEKTI designed this unique multifunctional building. In the past ten months, the Behavio Labs research agency, the Petyovský & Partners relocation agency, and the Punctum Images studio have moved into their new offices. The last available space is suitable for a small, creative company.
