The apartments in the Italská 8 Residence, a typical Vinohrady building in the process of being carefully reconstructed, located between náměstí Míru Square and Riegrovy Sady Park, are almost sold out. Svoboda & Williams currently offers the last unit for sale in the building—the most generously apportioned apartment located on the topmost floors.

Work on the building’s reconstruction is progressing swiftly. In March, the roof was raised and the truss beams were replaced. Metal work and the laying of the roof on its sloping parts was begun. Inside the apartments, the tiling of the bathrooms and floors is almost complete.
