The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency received the Best Local Real Estate Agency prize at the 20th annual CIJ Awards Czech Republic.
This year, there were 26 categories at the 20th annual CIJ Awards Czech Republic. Altogether 99 companies, projects, transactions, and campaigns were nominated. The Trio Harrachov mountain residential project, whose apartments are sold exclusively by Svoboda & Williams, won Best Standard Residential Development. The Best Premium Residential Development award went to the exceptional Komunardů 35 designed by architect Stanislav Fiala.
The CIJ Awards Czech Republic are presented annually by Roberts Publishing Media Group, s. r. o., the publisher of print and online news regarding interesting developments in the real estate segment in Central and Southeast Europe.
