The Na Petřinách 7 residential project, realized by All New Development, was the winner in the category of small-scale apartment projects at the 22th annual prestigious Best of Realty awards.
The low-energy Na Petřinách 7 boutique apartment house with a minimalist façade is sensitively set amongst the surrounding buildings in the sought-after area between Břevnov and Petřiny; the residential project received final approval in March 2020. Jurors praised the developer’s generous approach to the selection of materials, focus on details, well-thought-out common areas, and landscaped garden.
The Best of Realty awards debuted in 1999 and since then have been closely following the real estate scene in the Czech Republic, especially newly built or reconstructed buildings. Award-winning projects contribute to the positive urban development of the city and showcase the skills of developers, architects, builders, and designers. This year, almost 50 projects competed to win the Best of Realty titles.
