Fragment’s Foundation Slab and Concrete Pour is Currently Being Prepared

Despite the current difficult situation due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the construction of the Fragment residential project is continuing as planned. Concrete is currently being poured and the foundation slab is being prepared.
From the ground-breaking ceremony on October 1st, 2020, until the end of last year, the construction pit was excavated. At the same time, thirty 180-meter-deep geothermal wells were drilled. Work to secure the construction pit is now complete. In January, the extraction of soil continued in parallel with the digging of plumbing trenches. Base concrete has already been poured in some sections of the construction pit and the foundation slab is being prepared.
The ambitious Fragment residential project will offer 140 premium apartments for rent, and will therefore expand Prague’s rental housing stock in the very near future. Rough construction will be finished by the end of the year. Final approval of the building is scheduled for the second half of next year. Trigema is the investor, developer, and builder of the project.
