The Juárez and Goethe villas, designed by the renowned ADR architectural studio, stand across from each other on the streets that they are named after. The surrounding area is full of typical, spacious early 20th century houses, but there are also several modern buildings nearby as well.

Both villas have three separate sections that make up the individual floors, cleverly breaking up the traditional block shape of the houses. The lowest levels are attached to southwest-facing terraces with a garden and heated pool, while the second and third floors will have loggias and terraces. Interiors will be connected to the exterior thanks to large-format windows that offer pleasant views of the surrounding greenery.

Granite cladding alternates with extensive glazed surfaces on the facades of both houses.
