Based on an exclusive agreement with Pražské Rezidence, in early November the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency launched the sale of apartments in the Italská 8 Residence. The project has been a resounding success—since the launch of the sale 5 units have been sold, 3 units are under negotiation, and 3 units are still available.
All six floors of the building are being reconstructed, resulting in 24 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom 120 sq. m. apartment.
