Svoboda & Williams to Exclusively Offer Apartments in the BERLITA Residential Project in Beroun

The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency was exclusively retained by VENUS INVESTMENT GROUP to mediate the sale of units in the premium BERLITA residential project, which will be situated close to the historic center of Beroun. Once finished, it will offer 61 spacious, high-standard apartments that will soon be available for sale.
The BERLITA residential project will have an enviable peaceful address right by the old walls that surround the city center and the confluence of the Berounka and Litavka rivers, after which the project is named. The apartment house will consist of two connected four-story buildings with a receding fifth floor. There will be 61 studio to three-bedroom units, including rooftop penthouses completed to a high standard.
The apartments have been designed with an emphasis on clever layouts and quality materials. The living rooms will be fitted with large-format windows that guarantee beautiful views of the surrounding area. Most of the apartments will come with a loggia or balcony and the penthouses will have a terrace on the top floor. Covered parking spaces will be available on the ground floor and basement and there will also be enough spaces in front of the building. The developer is planning to revitalize the immediate area, and so the BERLITA apartment house will be surrounded by greenery and pleasant spots to relax in.
The planned completion of the BERLITA residential project is planned for Q2 2022.
