All of the Apartments in the Hilleho 6 Premium Residential Project Have Successfully Been Sold

This June, Svoboda & Williams sold the last remaining apartment in the ambitious Hilleho 6 residential project. Offering premium living in the center of Brno, almost all of the units were sold by the end of 2019. Only one final attic apartment had to wait a little longer for its new owner. Twenty months after it launched, the sale was successfully closed.
The Hilleho 6 residence is a fully reconstructed Neo-Renaissance corner building located in the sought-after Brno neighborhood of Černá Pole. Spread out over five floors, most of its 17 high standard one-bedroom to three-bedroom units come with a balcony or terrace. The exceptional apartments and residence with a 1920s atmosphere have been upgraded with contemporary high-end comforts, showcasing the latest trends. “We have received positive feedback about the units in Hilleho 6 from our clients. Most owners moved into the apartments immediately and some purchased them as an investment. Two apartments are currently being rented,” said Tereza Štěrbová, head of the Brno branch of Svoboda & Williams.
