Since the beginning of the year, Svoboda & Williams has significantly expanded its selection of flexible offices in Prague. In response to the growing popularity of this new lease concept, the agency also provides landlords with comprehensive flexible office lease and management services.
The demand for smaller offices with flexible lease terms is still increasing and, according to the latest surveys, it seems that the current coronavirus crisis will not adversely affect it. In fact, tenants may likely require greater flexibility in all aspects of the lease relationship. Svoboda & Williams’ Commercial Leasing Team therefore significantly augmented its portfolio of offices with flexible lease terms over the last several months and it now covers practically all of the Prague and Brno markets.
“Today, more than ever, we understand that clients require greater flexibility in terms of the length of the lease agreement and the layout of the space they use, but they also often look for offers of specific services,” adds Kateřina Burešová, Flexible Workspace Consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
