The First of the Three Mountain Residences in Trio Harrachov Has Successfully Received Final Approval

The Cecílie apartment house, which is part of the Trio Harrachov alpine residential project, was completed at the end of spring and officially approved in May. The first mountain getaway is now move-in ready and so new owners will be able to enjoy their first summer in the Krkonoše countryside.
Once finished, the Trio Harrachov residential project will consist of three five-story residences that together offer a total of 44 mountain apartments. The Amálie and Beáta apartment houses are currently being built. In both, less than half of the apartments remain for sale, and only two apartments in the Cecilie residence are still available. Clients interested in buying an apartment in one of the Trio Harrachov buildings will no longer be limited to seeing buildings under construction, but can view a fully finished and approved building and acquaint themselves with its standards and facilities.
