Svoboda & Williams Launches the Sale of Homes in the Na Pramenech Residential Project

Svoboda & Williams has been exclusively appointed to launch the sale of the family houses in the Na Pramenech residential project created by bpd development on the border of Čakovice, Letňany, and Ďáblice. This new neighborhood will consist of 77 houses designed by the ADR architectural studio.
The Na Pramenech project is a residential complex that will be separated from the main road by a varied terrain. Future residents will appreciate the clever urban arrangement of the new neighborhood, its abundance of greenery, plenty of privacy, and relaxed friendly atmosphere. The houses come in compact three-bedroom to five-bedroom layouts tastefully connected to their gardens with a terrace.
Since the houses in the Na Pramenech residential project are emerging in a peaceful corner of Prague 9, they offer excellent connections to the city center and the surrounding nature. Two shopping centers, bike paths, hiking trails, forest parks, and schools can all be found in the project’s immediate vicinity. The complex will also include a kindergarten and playground.
The Na Pramenech residential project is being constructed in 4 phases. The first phase is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2021.
