At the end of this winter, the Na Petřinách 7 apartment house, created by the All New Development company together with the SUNCAD architectural studio, received final approval. Three apartments currently remain for sale and are move-in ready. The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has been exclusively retained to mediate the sale of the units in Na Petřinách 7.
The project has proceeded according to the schedule, and so six months after construction first started the energy-efficient Na Petřinách 7 apartment house is ready for its first residents to move in.
The Na Petřinách 7 residential project consists of 13 generously appointed apartments that offer views of the adjacent garden full of mature trees.
