Things are moving forward this fall in the elegant Art Nouveau Orelská 13 residential project. At the beginning of October, the central boiler with accumulator was put into operation and work on the common areas is now almost finished. The residence has also welcomed its first residents.
The Orelská 13 residence consists of 19 units, most of which are for sale in a state of white walls. This means that clients can create a home according their tastes and wishes. Several apartments are already finished and the building’s first apartment owners are gradually settling in.
