Construction Work on the Trio Harrachov Project Successfully Continues

At the beginning of the year, basic construction of the first of the three residences in the Trio Harrachov project was completed. The complex, set in a peaceful valley of the Kamenice River, offers stylish, alpine-style apartments close to ski slopes, cross-country trails, bike paths, and other services. Svoboda & Williams is the project’s exclusive agent.
Currently, the roof of the first of the three residences is being installed and work on its interiors is continuing. Thanks to their ideal location, the Trio Harrachov apartments are the perfect second home for outdoorsy types and nature lovers. They are also a comfortable alternative to a cabin or chalet in the renowned resort in the Krkonoše Mountains with a wide spectrum of services and year-round sports activities for the whole family (a golf course, tennis courts, or a rope park). The project was designed by the ArchiSPACE studio, which artfully combined contemporary design elements with the typical architecture of the Krkonoše region. The trio of houses thus boasts a freshly modern yet traditional look.
The date of completion depends on the weather conditions in the mountains. Ideally, the units in the first residence will be handed over before Christmas 2019, or no later than in the summer of the following year. The remaining two residences will be completed in the fall of 2021.
