The last remaining apartment in the U Pernikářky 7 residential project, located in the sought-after neighborhood of Hřebenka (Praha 5) with many beautiful villas, is waiting for its owner. The low-energy villa received final approval last month. Svoboda & Williams has been exclusively retained to broker the sale of the apartments in the project.
