Svoboda & Williams has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for office space in the newly emerging PRAGA Office & Garden administrative building, situated in the historic part of Karlín at the foot of Vítkov Hill. After its completion, the building will offer premium offices in an industrial style with spaces for relaxation in a landscaped garden.
PRAGA Office & Garden will be part of the multifunctional PRAGA complex, which is currently being built on the site of a brownfield that used to be a PRAGA automobile repair shop during the First Republic.
